The alcohol-free formula restores the skin's natural pH balance, while removing lasting traces of make-up and residual impurities. Refreshes and tones while preparing your skin to soak up the benefits of your skincare routine to follow. Directions: Use once a day, ideally in the PM. After cleansing the skin, apply on the face and neck with cotton pad and let dry. Do not rinse off.
