Our History
2013
Establishing of Rothana as limited liability company in Saudi Arabia specialized in Medical trading.
2014
Establishing Rothana FZE in UAE as head office to manage medical trading in MEA and internationally.
2015
Rothana Qatar was launched as an expansion for the parent company..
2016
Rothana Egypt was formed for African expansion.
2017
Establishing Rothana LLC as retail Arm for
Rothana and to be responsible for UAE market in field of Medical and retail.
2018
Establishing Rothana Lebanon and expansion of our network of distribution in Bahrain, Kuwait through our partners.
2019
Rothana China was launched for OEM and manufacturing.
2021
Establishing partnership with the biggest manufacturererof tissue bank worldwide.
2022
Establishing Rothana Commercial Broker as a subsidary of the parent company.
2023
Partnership with EU manufacturer for GCC
manufacturing site. Establishing Rothana
